As co-founder and former CEO of Diamona Greece, a pioneering real estate development and contracting company, Alon played a central role in the transformative revival of central Athens following the economic crisis. Under his leadership, the company delivered exceptional growth and established a reputation for vision and innovation.

Omer leads the group’s sales and marketing strategy and oversees
all sales processes and client relations. With strong leadership skills, discipline, and strategic thinking, he plans and implements workflows, ensures strict adherence to timelines, and drives continuous progress across projects. His deep understanding of the real estate market guarantees that every client receives professional, tailored support throughout the entire purchase journey—and especially afterward.
Additionally, Omer manages relationships with banks across multiple countries, handling both project financing and assisting all clients.
He also oversees the company’s property management operations and is responsible for all legal aspects of the business—ensuring
a smooth, secure, and transparent process at every stage.

Co-Founder & COO
Bar specializes in sourcing unique real estate deals in prime locations that are not available on the open market. He leads project management, maintaining ongoing communication with suppliers and contractors, and overseeing construction quality. His ability to uphold high standards at every stage ensures projects are executed professionally, efficiently, and flawlessly.
He manages projects end-to-end — from identifying the property, through architectural planning, to supervising construction and final delivery.
